SHIPPING
Orders placed before 16.00 on Tuesday to Friday will be delivered the next day. Provided it is within the Netherlands. On other days it may take 2 days. We always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible.
Orders to Belgium are also posted as soon as possible. Delivery depends on the postal service and may take 2-3 days.
Free delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium from €75.
Returns are at your own expense.

RETURNS

Would you like to return a purchase? Then read the conditions and instructions below. Need help regarding the fit of a garment or have other questions? If so, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to help and think with you.

IN-STORE PURCHASES
All items purchased in our physical shop can be returned within 8 days of purchase and with original receipt.
Items must be unworn and in the original shoe box.
You will then receive a refund.
PURCHASES IN THE WEBSHOP
You can return or exchange a webshop order within 14 days of purchase.
The return shipment must be neatly packaged so that the items reach the shop in undamaged condition. Items must be unworn, with the price tag still attached. Shoes must be in the original shoe box.
The purchase price will be refunded within 7 days in the same manner as the original payment.
RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS IN SHOP
Items purchased online can also be returned in shop.
The purchase amount will then be refunded in the same way as the original payment.
EXCHANGE
Would you like to exchange an item for another size? Please contact us. If the item is in stock, we will reserve it and send it free of charge after receiving your return.
Would you like to receive another item? Then place another order.
RETURN COSTS
Delivery is free from €75. The costs for a return are for your own account. Unfortunately we cannot accept unstamped returns.
